Keep your site fresh. The worst possible thing you can have on your web site is out-dated information. There is nothing that will loose a visitor faster. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to update your site on a daily basis, but the information that is there should always be applicable. If you want to keep your updates to a minimum, post more generic information that is not time sensitive.

The down side to having a low maintenance web site with infrequent changes is that you will have fewer repeat visitors. You need to give them a compelling reason to return they won't.

There are several ways to update your site. For a reasonable hourly fee, I will gladly make your required changes and post them to your site. This can be done on a weekly, monthly, annual or as needed basis. If you would prefer to make the changes on your own, but don't have the programming skills, I can recommend a web page editor that will allow you to make changes in a word processor type format. Or, I can create a template that can be used if you have a web savvy individual at hand.
